Crispy, crunchy and sweet rosettes dusted with powder sugar!
Recipe:
3/4 cup four
1/4 cup rice four
2 large eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
vanilla essence per your taste
pinch of salt
enough oil to fry the rosettes
