The procession started from Bagwanpora and ended at Iqbal Khomeinei Hall Mohalla Syed Afzal - International Day of Al-Quds is an annual event opposing Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories. The parade originated in Iran after the 1979 Islamic Revolution. The observance was suggested by Ayatollah Khomeini then Supreme Leader of Iran in August of that year saying
