He said the people should demand a fatwa and surround the house of Sayed Sistani (ha). Sayed Sistani (ha) is the one that is supposed to guide the people of Iraq, he make the fatwas not them. He directed protests to Sayed Sistani (ha) while they were being violently hijacked by foreign elements and this could have put the Marja in danger.
